Fungus on toenails is nasty. Check out these amazing cures that work fast.

Toenail fungus is a surprisingly common ailment. Many people suffer from some strain of it. The signs of toenail fungus don't have to be extreme like terrible odor, goopy excretions and bright purple coloring. These are the more extreme cases. Though this type of toenail fungus is common if you are an athlete,--or someone who wears shoes that don't allow much air to reach the feet, while you are also participating in activities that cause the feet to sweat. You've created the perfect breeding ground for toenail fungus and you can expect to have the worst strains if this is the case.

But many people that suffer from toenail fungus have a milder strain of toenail fungus. You might not even know you have toenail fungus if you suffer from a minor strain of the fungus. This is especially true if you are a woman. Many women have mild strains of toenail fungus and keep their nails polished over 90% of the time. They never realize that they have it. A milder strain of toenail fungus can be characterized by a subtle odor when you clean the debris from under your toenails. You may also have some discoloration in the toenail that is a darker color. This discoloration can take the form of a pale stripe or shadow that can be almost unnoticeable.

There is a great natural treatment for toenail fungus that works fast for many people. First you can soak your feet in 1 cup rubbing alcohol, 10 drops tea tree oil and 5 drops lavender essential every night until you see results. You should soak your feet for at least 30 minutes each day.

Internally you should take 1-3 tblspn., of virgin coconut oil daily. You can also take 3 tspn., of colloidal silver as well. In order to combat toenail fungus with alternative methods, your treatment should be both internal and external.
